Refund policy

Adas Diagnostic Tools stands behind all of the products it sells and offers its customers 100% satisfaction. Adas Diagnostic Tools follows its Returns and Refunds Policy to the letter so that customers are happy.

If you bought something directly from Adas Diagnostic Tools and aren’t happy with it, you can send it back within 30 days of when it was delivered to you. For properly-made returns in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy,

Returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unused and in the original packaging, unless one of the following exceptions applies:

  • If you receive a defective item, please let us know within 30 days of the product being received. Don’t forget to hang on to the box the item came in, tags and all. The packing can be used as proof of damage for a claim if the item arrives damaged. Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us at support@adasdiagnostictools.com to request a return authorization. and will email you a prepaid shipping label to use for the return.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product based on an inability to obtain necessary technical support and/or training in relation to your use of the product that may have been available had you purchased the product directly from the manufacturer of the product, an affiliate of the manufacturer of the product, or an “authorized” distributor of the product, Adas Diagnostic Tools will accept the return of the product even if it has been used or left open for a period of 30 days after the date on which delivery of the product is made to you, and Adas Diagnostic Tools will email you a prepaid shipping label to use for the return.

Further, if Adas Diagnostic Tools inadvertently ships an incorrect product to you, Adas Diagnostic Tools will email you a prepaid shipping label to use for a return.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Your order will be processed in 48 hours. Within 48 hours, you may cancel your order without consequence. After 48 hours or after shipment, if you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

 

Change Address

 

Adas Diagnostic Tools depends on you to give accurate shipping information so that shipping goes smoothly. In the event that you need to modify your shipping address, please get in touch with us no later than 48 hours after placing your order. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Also, we are not responsible for any delivery failures that happen because the shipping information was wrong.

 

Exchange

 

Within the first 48 hours after your order, you can request a replacement. To arrange an exchange, write to us at support@adasdiagnostictools.com. After 48 hours or after shipment, if you want to exchange the product, you’ll have to pay for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

If you want to exchange something after you’ve received it, you must keep all of the items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives, or we may suggest an alternative.

You’ll have to pay for your own return shipping if you want to exchange an item.

 

Courier delay or package loss

 

You are always welcome to check on the status of your order if there is a delay. If your shipment doesn’t arrive within the time frame given, please let us know within 48 hours at support@adasdiagnostictools.com. We will give you more time to ask for a refund or exchange while we look for your lost package.

 

What should I do if I need to return something?

 

Before you send it back, please contact Adas Diagnostic Tools Support at support@adasdiagnostictools.com and give us the following information so we can confirm your order and take care of your after-sales issues as soon as possible:

Refund

 

We’ll give you a refund once we’ve gotten the product back, looked at it, and figured out what’s wrong. For a refund to be processed, you should expect to wait between 5 and 15 business days. If you haven’t gotten your money back after 15 days, please email us at support@adasdiagnostictools.com.

Any funds owed to you will be returned in the same manner as the first payment.
